A Technical Service Engineer will maintain a level of responsibility that includes but is not limited to the weekly visits to specified clients, maintenance and troubleshooting of onsite systems, hardware/software/desktop support service calls, maintenance of assigned servers, assisting with specified projects, and staying familiar with Packetsafe systems.
